1. Definitions
Learner/Candidate: Refers to the individual who submits their details and payment through our website and who, upon successful enrolment, will receive access to online learning materials and services provided by MJ Training Solutions UK Ltd.
2. Courses Offered via www.mjtrainingsolutions.co.uk
MJ Training Solutions UK Ltd offers accredited training courses delivered via e-learning and virtual classroom formats. Our qualifications are aligned with respected awarding bodies and include:
Safety Pass Alliance (SPA)
SPA Core Day
SPA Food & Drink
SPA Food & Drink Renewal
Energy & Utility Skills Register (EUSR)
SHEA Power
SHEA Core
IOSH
IOSH Working Safely
City & Guilds
Health & Safety in a Construction Environment (includes online learning material and either a centre-based or remote examination – full details are sent to candidates after enrolment and payment).
Additional qualifications may be added periodically.
3. Use of Personal Information
We collect and use personal information provided at enrolment to:
Deliver the course you have selected.
Register you with the appropriate awarding body.
Issue your certification upon successful completion.
Send you relevant updates, course information, and industry news that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of these communications at any time.
We will never sell your information or share it for marketing purposes.
We may share your information with:
Awarding Bodies: City & Guilds, SPA, EUSR, IOSH.
Approved third-party training providers where we act as an agent for their courses.

4. Course Access and Examination
Course Access: Learners are granted access to online course materials for a period of 12 months from the date of enrolment.
Final Examinations: Exams must be completed within 12 months. Extensions may be requested via email and are subject to our discretion. Additional charges may apply.
5. Guided Learning Hours (GLH) Commitment
Learners agree to complete all required materials, including guided study hours, mock assessments, and practice tests, in accordance with the awarding body’s recommended GLH, prior to undertaking final assessments.
6. Virtual Training (MS Teams or Zoom)
Candidates attending courses via MS Teams or Zoom must:
Have a working device with access to the platform.
Be competent in using the technology prior to the scheduled course date.
No technical support is provided during the session. Failure to attend due to technical issues is not grounds for a refund.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Learners have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of booking to request a cancellation.
Important: If you access the course materials or attend a scheduled course within the 14-day period, your right to a refund is forfeited.
Refunds, where granted, are subject to our discretion and may be partial depending on circumstances.
8. Copyright and Usage Restrictions
All course materials provided by MJ Training Solutions UK Ltd are protected by copyright law:
No part of any course may be copied, reproduced, stored, shared, or transmitted by any means without prior written permission.
This includes but is not limited to: screenshots, printing, downloading, screen recording, or sharing logins.
9. Disclaimer of Liability
While all course content is created to a high standard and believed to be accurate at the time of publication, MJ Training Solutions UK Ltd:
Accepts no liability for loss or damage resulting from reliance on the materials.
Does not provide legal advice or assurance that qualifications will result in employment or accreditation.
